DOUGH FEEDING SYSTEM WITH
LAY TIME CONVEYOR

Process

Dough can directly be dropped into the Lay time Conveyor
from the Mixer or by using a Tilter depending on the Layout

Dough Lump will be placed on to a slow moving roller
bed conveyor which will feed gradually to discharge point.

This roller bed conveyor will also facilitate dough standing
time that may be required in the process.

The discharge point can be foreseen with a Rotary Kibbler in
case of a Soft Dough deployment or a rotary scooper/chunker
in case of Hard dough cutting line.

Dropped dough can be passed through metal detector for contamination detection
followed by rejection mechanism before feeding on to the processing line.
